Book your appointment
Start your appointment booking by clicking on the ‘Make Appointment’ button below. You will be guided to the booking platform.
Select the type of consultation
Select the type of consultation you are requiring (initial consult or follow-up).
Select the date
Select the date and time that best suits your schedule from the options available.
Complete your information
Fill in the required information, choose your payment method and submit.
Link sent to you
A link to the video consultation will be sent to you via email and SMS. You will also receive a patient intake form via email so we have all your child’s details prior to the consultation.
Click the link
When your appointment time and date arrives, press the link and you’ll be connected with a paediatrician at that time!

Saturday 09:00 - 12:00 AEST
Sunday 16:30 - 20:00 AEST

How to refer to Telebaby
Refer a patient to us in the same way you would refer to any other specialist.

To ensure secure handling of the referral, we kindly request that you either print it and provide it directly to the patient or send it to our email address at contact@telebaby.com.au using a secure method.

*Appointments can be scheduled without a GP referral; however, a Medicare rebate is only available when a GP referral is obtained prior to the consultation.
